Her poetry covers themes from heartbreak, addiction, familial relationships, depression and anxiety. She believes in living life out loud and writing from the heart. Through her work, she aims to create connection and community and help people see they are not alone in their struggles. Writing has been deeply therapeutic to her, and she hopes to empower others to use writing as a tool on their own healing journeys. Kellyann is an ordained chaplain who spends her free time volunteering as a crisis counselor, life and health coach, and suicide awareness and prevention trainer. She is an artist and published author who seeks to help people embrace their stories and find healing to live authentically. She is also an ally for the LGBTQIA community and volunteers as the Seattle chapter lead for Free Mom Hugs and is also involved with PFLAG.
Kelsay is a transformative writer, theorist, artist, and dancer who stands for self-expression in all of its forms: creative, embodied, spiritual, written and living. She is here on this life path to really learn how to embody herself, to truly accept what arises within her and express it so that she may serve as a guide to bring others into their own creative expressions. She has dual MFAs in Nonfiction and Poetry from Saint Mary’s College of California. Currently, she is a PhD student in Transformative Studies at California Institute of Integral Studies working towards certification with The Academy for Soul-based Coaching, and in the Level 1 Weekend training on Personal Embodiment of the Life/Art Process at Tamalpa Institute. Rebecca Ross is a daughter, a sister, and a mother. She has been a Pilates teacher for a year and loves working on perfecting the craft and continuously learning more about how it can benefit any body. She is a mother of 5 amazing children, beautifully blended with her late husband Desmond. She is a new widow of just four months and working on helping herself and her children navigate this new life. Rebecca is eager to be working towards starting her first blog to document the journey she's been on with her husband through his last ten years of being a heart transplant patient, and all of the ups and downs, and ins and outs of the long and winding road it took them on.
